Cozy atmosphere, great down home/ down south cooking! What makes the experience so exceptional; in my opinion, is the buffet style set up. Lots of amazing options to choose from; entrees to sides, salad bar to desserts! The only problem I have ever experienced; is the restaurant floor size! It is quite a small restaurant, and purposes not much elbow room! Also, trust your GPS! Yes, the restaurant is very well hided; and it is tucked away, off of the main road, lol! All in all, it is a warm and friendly place to enjoy a southern meal with the family! A must try, in the great State of Alabama!
The food was really good, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was homey!
No food from a can, it's all cooked and placed on the buffet. There's a lot to choose from so everyone can find something they love. The homemade ice cream is amazing! We will definitely be returning.
Country down home place, friendly atmosphere with excellent food. Good selection of any thing you'll need!!! You'll love the desert bar and this homemade cooking!!! Bring your family and enjoy....
Best place to eat to get home food cooking. They have everything you can imagine to eat. It's also buffet style. Two of us ate for $30.00 dollars. They even have homemade ice cream. Very casual laid back atmosphere. And all the workers are so hospitable. Love it!!!
We drove an hour to go try this place. The line was super long but moved fairly quick. The place was very homey and inviting. Workers were friendly enough. Its buffet style and has a decent selection. The pot roast and corn were very good. Everything else was good..... but not special. Its southern home style food, but not very seasoned.
