    Great meal and service... Very clean. Overall great experience,. On crutches, lost my leg. Bathroom floors and floor on way to restroom very slippery. That's the only complaint. Had a nice lunch

    My family and I frequent O'Charley's and we've never been disappointed. The food is great, the servers are awesome, and the management actually cares.
    The French Dip is delicious and so is the pie! There's plenty of variety and even if it happens that they're out of something, they'll always do their best to make it right.
