Sonic Drive-In

Food is usually always good but with my one visit my ice was lost in the system. So we waited for a good ten to fifteen minutes. Then the manager of the Decatur sonic came out and apologized for the awful wait. The wait in hand she gave us the bag of ice for free and the three of us in the car of some free drinks as well. All I truly know is that manger is the nicest one I had ever had. She needs a raise.

I went on tonight on a Friday and it was completely packed. An employee walked out on the manager and I just have to say that she handled it so well. She quickly handled the orders that were left and apologized for the wait. I was extremely impressed by this women. I wish I had gotten her name because she was awesome!

Cooked food always tastes old. I've never had a good experience when ordering cooked food at this location. I only purchase drinks, shakes & ice cream here... I give 3 stars because their shakes and ice cream are great! If I could taste based solely on their shakes & ice cream, I'd give 5 stars!
