Freight House Restaurant

The ladies had burgers said very good. Guys had hamburgers steak with cheese, onions and bell peppers, not as good as burgers. Busy day and service a little slow. Great venue and close to interstate sure beats the junk on roadside. Very attractive town.

We went there for the first time on Nov 15, 2019. The historical aspect of the building was a delight. Our meal was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive and the player piano was awesome. We were so entirely pleased and are looking forward to our next visit

Went to the Freight House Restaurant for the first time with friends last night. The building itself is awesome it it’s over 100 years old and used to be an old train depot. Great atmosphere menu options had such a variety of food to choose from. Service was great and we had an awesome waiter. Now for the food!!!!. The food came out fresh and hot it was all cooked to perfection can not say enough about this place we drove a little over an hour to get there and it was well worth the drive. We will definitely go back and will take more friends and would highly recommend it. Thanks for great food and service keep up the good work.

Wonderful service and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are from restaurant industry and hard to please when it comes to food. We both agree the atmosphere, the service and food on a scale of 1 to 10 this was an 11. Wonderful dining experience for us.

We met here for my wife's birthday dinner. They have a nice menu. A good variety for people to choose from. Wife had the coffee rubbed sirloin which was very good. Everyone was very happy with what they ordered. We liked it. Drove all the way from Cullman because there just aren't many options here.
