KFC

My husband stopped on his way home from work and ordered our meal through the drive through. It was on a Tuesday night, just before 7 pm. so it wasn’t very busy, it never really is busy. Two parts of our order was incorrect and one side was cold. We ordered a 16 pc bucket, with no wings. With it two sides of mashed potatoes and a side of corn was ordered. An extra side of corn was ordered. We got the 16 pc WITH wings, two mashed potatoes, one side of corn and a side of slaw. The corn was cold and we did not order slaw.
I wasn’t really mad. The employees are only human and mistakes sometimes happen. I called the restaurant to see how we could find a solution that satisfied both side. I called 3 times. After ringing several times each call, someone would answer the phone each time then hang it up. I will be calling the district manager tomorrow morning.

Fast service and good food. The tenders were really good and had a pepper taste to them. Will visit again for sure.

Customer service is lacking. Stood for a lot longer than necessary at counter before being acknowledged by staff. They are more concerned about serving the drive through customers than they are the walk in customers. Not the first time I have noticed this.

Chicken was crispy and fresh and the service was good. I would love to see more customers visit this location!
