Five stars for taste, four stars for service because of the wait and offered selection. They definitely need more advertising. I would also suggest chicken and dumplings. Overall very good cooking!!!!!!

Okay y'all this place needs six stars not five she has the best chicken you are going to ever have it falls off the bone and hit your mouth with so much flavor Euro to fall in love and want more don't get me started on her beans this place is like you walking in having dinner at their table you are going to fall in love and bring you friends back the next day

Nettie Bells is what real soul food is all about. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and made with love and pride. Great conversation, generous portions, and very reasonable pricing. It was a joy to eat family recipes that you know have been passed down for many generations. Places like this are few and far between these days. For the price of a meal at the drive thru you can get some real food! Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

The food here is delicious, and Miss Nettie Bell is as wonderful a host as she is a cook. I had a plate with pintos, green beans and mashed potatoes with cornbread, my friend had a plate with pulled pork, etc. and we each took a plate home for a family member. The chocolate pound cake is scrumptious, as well. This is a definite must visit!
