Good fast food with decent prices. The pick 5 is a great choice

Going back 20 years ago when Krystal's was quick, hot and most of all yummy. Great service! Clean dining room, restrooms & parking lot. This Troy team has my vote 🤤

Greeted with a smile, fast service, and hot food. Don't know what else you expect at a fast food restaurant. Didn't see the bathrooms but the way everything else looked, I'm expecting it was pretty clean.

Some of the food was good but the rest was cold. I stopped in to get a quick bite on the way to the next stop on my service route and ended up spending 35 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me in line the entire time. No legit reason for that, in my opinion. I would like to add that this is not my only visit to this location. [I have come by during lunch and received excellent service in a timely fashion.] But this is not the first negative experience I've had with the evening shift. I thoroughly dislike leaving negative reviews. My advice would be to visit this location during the day, but please do visit them for your own Krystal's experience.
