O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We ate lunch here and ordered the steak. It was supposed to be marinated but it had no seasoning at all. My husband's cut was mainly fat. The cook did cook them as we ordered medium well.

I had the seafood platter. Good came promptly. Waitress was friendly and helpful

Staff is always friendly. Food is prompt and cooked well. Love going for date night!

Slow service. Brought 2 of our 5 meals out incorrectly. Like, the entire meal wasn't what we ordered. They brought out the correct meals and told us to just eat on the incorrect orders while we waited for the correct ones. I didn't realize that our replacement orders were going to be put in line with all of the other customers orders. After another 20 minute wait for the correct meals, we had to take them to go. The ticket came and they not only had the correct meals on there but thought they would charge us for the 2 that were incorrect. The waitress said that since we ate them that she had to put them on the ticket. One manager later and the ticket issue was resolved. If we attempt O'Charley's again, it will definitely be pick up only.
