    Ordering within the App needs work, but the staff at this location are friendly and helpful.

    The staff here are absolutely AMAZING!! I had went to my local Dunkin in Bessemer (Avoid that one 100%) and had a coffee made wrong twice. I stopped by this location on my way to work and they made my coffee correctly AND didn't charge me to fix it! I would have been fine paying for the new coffee but she wouldn't let me. That's great people representing your business! Thank you all so much for making my morning better; I greatly appreciate you!
