Las Mesas Mexican Grill

We was staying in a hotel nearby and was able to walk over for dinner. We thought that it would be the norm for a Mexican restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted
as soon as we walked in the place was packed we ask to sit at the bar and was seated. The waitress ran over to us and took our drink order and ran to get it. We noticed that everyone was running to the kitchen and out with food it was quite entertaining. The manager (owner) ask if everything was ok and we told him how impressed that we were at how hard everyone was working, he said that’s our entertainment. We had a wonderful evening talking to Tim and the food was great. We will be stopping by Ava when we are in town.

This has to be hands down the Best Mexican restaurant I have ate at since I’ve been in Alabama. Living 5 miles from the Mexico border and eating a good bit in Tijuana and having an aunt from Spain I think I have a little knowledge about the way it is supposed to taste. And this restaurant is right on the spices!!!!!!! It’s clean and beautiful on the inside and the people that work there are great! I haven’t been this impressed with a restaurant in a LONG time! They will be seeing me a lot more!!!!! Sherri thank you for suggesting this place!!!!

Great addition to the local cuisine. They do Mexican food well, and it's fast and friendly service. I have yet to have a bad experience here, and hope I never will.
Restrooms are clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and polite.

Went for a late lunch. Delicious food at good prices. I got the Texas Fajitas for lunch. The portion was more than enough for lunch. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. I think every employee came to check on us at one time or another. The interior is beautiful and a fun place to hang out. I will be back!

The food looks like it was made for a menu photograph, and tastes exquisite. Best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Beautiful interior and amazing service.

This restaurant is off to an excellent start. There is a genuine effort to make sure they provide the best service. The menu had good choices and isn't overwhelming. We enjoyed our selections. I had shrimp Enchiladas Veracruz, my wife had a Taco Salad, and the pork carnitas looked awesome.
