Yesterday was the first time we came to that restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We had great time with the excellent service, with the finest cooking and booze and with the comfortable pay. We will definitely come back in a short time.

Food is always good, and the staff always treat me like an old friend. I don't stop that often, so I suppose it's just a good nature in the staff. Sure does make the overall experience better.

Always a great place to stop for lunch or for an early dinner.

Very good. Had chicken fried steak/white gravy, scalloped potatoes, butter beans, cornbread, sliced white onion. Two sweet teas. $13+. Friendly service. Will be back again.

I was greeted by the hottest and informed that it was cafeteria style. Well, let me just tell you. It was delicious! There are many delicious downhome options to choose from. I got the vegetable plate with some delicious cornbread muffins. The greens, green beans, pinto beans, and okra were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Next time that I visit Chelsea, I will be stopping in here again. The service was amazing. Even the staff is well seasoned in their friendliness and their uniform is equipped with contagious smiles.
