    As a mom of four grown sons, and many, many years of searching for the perfect pizza, I have eaten a lot of them!! A few were good, but not perfect...until we found Uncle G’s! The pepperoni with honey drizzle was worth the 150 mile round trip! Don’t change anything, it really is perfect!! We will be making regular road trips for the best pizza I’ve ever eaten!

    Decided to try out Uncle G's after seeing them on Instagram. We placed an order for the cheese pizza and veggie pizza with sauce on the side. Driving 30 mins out to Pelham was totally worth it. The owner was super nice and and had our pizza ready right on time. The pizza was hardy and delicious. I particularly really enjoyed the crust, and the cheese was my favorite. The sauce was really flavorful too! The only downside which is expected with pizza was that it was just a little greasy, but still SO good. Also the pizza warms over well the next day which is always a plus. I look forward to our next trip to Uncle G's.

    I heard about Uncle G’s via Twitter and drove 30 minutes across town to try it. It was well worth the drive! It was my first time trying Detroit style pizza, and this easily ranks as some of the best pizza in the Birmingham metro. Toppings are fresh, crust is second to none. Love the sauce being served on the side taboot. Thanks to Uncle G’s for bringing this delicious pizza down south.
