Not overpriced, food was great.!

The wings are fine -- the dining experience was pretty bad. However, this restaurant is brand new and I hope they will improve in that area with time and experience.

Called in an order at 6pm, was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Sat at the restaurant until nearly 7:30pm when I finally received my order.

For this restaurant to succeed, they need to do a few things:

1) Set expectations with call-in orders. If the wait time is an hour, tell people on the phone that. I heard them tell people 20-25 minutes several times when I'd been waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes. Tey People don't mind waiting as long as you set expectations.

2) Use (and stick to) a numbered ticket system. Handwritten names and orders that get lost (and they got lost several times) are asking for trouble. Using a proper ticket system, there's no surprises on when orders can come out.

3) Treat friends and family like any other customer. I saw quite a few orders go out to friends of the staff, that were put in after other waiting customers.

The food itself was okay. It's hot wings. The sauces are standards with no surprises. It's fine. If the service was good, it'd be a small-town win.
