    For the past hour I have been trying to place an order. I tried to order on the app 6 times and tried to call the Leeds location 13 times with a busy signal. I made it to the restaurant and they have one person waiting in the parking lot and one person ahead of me in the drive thru. I place an order for a classic cheese, classic pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. I am told it will be a 30 minute wait. I also get charged $1.00 for the sauce for the cheesy bread which I didn’t ask for. This isn’t Hot N Ready by any means.

    Ok this store had its first problem with me tonight. And to the manager tonight (10/08/19) yes you did right by me but please understand that it wasn't about the money or the free stuff. It was about the fact that for a product you are supposed to have on hand at all times you failed. Yes you where busy and mistakes happen. But I hope in the future this store will come up with a better solution to these problems. Thank you for taking care of the issue and for what you did.
