    A home away from home. Kat cares about all her customers and strives to customize meals based on the diet restrictions of all she serves. Her food is thoughtfully prepared and served by her family members making the meal a warm and homelike experience. She excels at making some dishes unlike you would find in other restaurants and fast food providers. Her breakfasts are the best that you will find in Pell City. For home cooked meals and friendly service, the Kitchen can't be beat.I've been eating there for the entire 20 years since she opened so she must be doing something right. She has changed to take out only service since the coronavirus outbreak. Please support her efforts to stay open and feed the community. She also has gift certificates available so please help her and other long-standing local small businesses to stay open.

    The food is delicious and the restaurant is just charming! The staff are kind and considerate! Truly a lovely place to visit!

    My husband and I love this place. Friendly atmosphere and the food is wonderful. The potatoes are a must have.

    Love this place. We felt like regulars after our second morning there. Great food; even better prices and service. Kat takes pride in what she does. She seats you, gets you coffee, takes your order, and then cooks it up. Perfect place!
