    I ordered a catering order from Jack's. It was ready for me when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

    I always have and always will love me Jacks breakfast - but aside from that....this particular location is by far one of the best. It’s always clean, the people are always nice, and the food is always good. The biscuits are way better at Springville Jacks than any other ones near by

    Very good barbecue sauce.

    The barbecue bacon burger was grade A..

    They goof up our order sometimes but They always make it right. Always nice, makeus feel like family. We love Jack's

    I watched an employee showing concern for a regular customer about his upcoming hospital visit. She took his number and told him someone would check on him. He said he had no family. A beautiful random act of kindness. I think she was a manager. That's what makes Springville so special. It was so sweet to watch this act. Go Springville Jacks.
