    We were traveling from New Orleans towards Chicago when we noticed this place around us during dinner time. We solely chose to go to this place based on its rating plus we wanted something before places close. At first we felt this location quite lonely and secluded and were confused if we were at the right place. Ambience apart, the food was surprisingly so delicious and we were satiated by what we ordered. They even went out of the way and fulfilled our request to eat something that wasn't on our menu. It is a family run restaurant and the food was the best food we had by far on our New Year's trip. I would visit this place again if I happen to travel through this route.

    Very tasty and authentic food. People running the place were very obliging.Very reasonable price for a home cooked taste food. Will absolutely revisit while traveling that way.
