“Staff was friendly and offered to make us lunch items even though it was only 10a.m. (an employee from the kitchen overheard us discussing lunch options and volunteered to make what we wanted, even though they were very busy with the breakfast rush) Service was a little slow but I think that was primarily due to overwhelming volume. Even with being extremely busy, they took time to keep us updated, explaining the wait was due to them cooking the special order, obviously understandable. They just went above and beyond with their customer service. I feel like this location really delivers the type of southern hospitality the Jack's franchise embodies.”

“I have eaten Chinese food from all over the States and Canada, and I absolutely loved the food here. The General Tso's Chicken and the Mongolian Beef were exquisite.
