“Love our local Captain D's. Last visit I ordered and without thinking I laid my debit card on the counter. The cashier was talking to the guy in the kitchen. No problem at all. I laid the card down to get something out of my purse. And I heard the cashier say "if you want your food then you need to pick that card up and hand it to me". I was shocked. Was embarrassed also. She said it hateful and there were others around me that said they would leave. Don't know if I I go back when it opens from the fire. I was a faithful weekly customer till then.”

“I came this morning and I ordered my 3 yr old the sausage biscuit. I don't generally eat MD breakfast because their biscuits are always too hard to eat because they are burnt or shall I say overcooked. It was not even 10 minutes later I returned because his biscuit was cooked to perfection I purchased two more sausage biscuits and when I made it to my destination the biscuits were burnt and too hard to even try to eat it was very disappointing and back to the reason why I don't eat their biscuits or breakfast period.”
