    My visit to Taco Bell on US 280 in Alexander City Al was 5 STAR, I had the beef chalupa and it was excellent. The service was great, and the employees were very nice.

    Though understaffed - the few workers there were great at their positions! Staying positive, and going above the basics of customer service, managed to keep the atmosphere calm and the customers patient and satisfied ????

    The employees were so nice and funny. It felt like we were with family! The food was great! Fast service. Felt safe and comfortable there!

    The customer service was excellent and the food was just okay. For the true Taco Bell fans, all is here. My taste buds no longer care for their food. In my honest opinion, it kind of ALL tastes the same. I will not go back to another one, except maybe for breakfast. BREAKFAST is the BEST time to go to Taco Bell, but after 10am I will go somewhere else or buy groceries.
