Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I LOVE Zaxby’s food! This particular location was great for a long time, however, in the past year or year and a half it seems like every single time we have gone something has went wrong: out of zax sauce or other food items, getting our order majorly wrong, watching young kids smoking outside of the back door (employee entrance) that I am fully aware are not of legal age to smoke nor work at this establishment at least not the late hours witnessed. With all of that said it seems night shift seems to be the most problems most days trips have been just as good as always before!

Food and service were great! Hot fresh food, crispy fries and juicy chicken. With my buy one get one coupon, great price!

Excellent as always. If you enjoy seasoned fries, good chicken (bone in and boneless), and are not on a dollar menu budget, Zaxby's is there place for you. A few exceptions; I wish they would bring their milkshakes back, and they have $1.60- ish Nibblers/Chicken Sliders.

They mess orders up far too much. Every time we pull up at the window, the kids who work there are playing and not focused. Management needs to get a grip on the staff and keep them focused so people don't get all the way home just to realize half their order is missing.
