Jack's

We love having a Jack's on Skyland Drive, exit 76. The food is GREAT. We never get a cold french fry, chicken strip or anything else. The employees are all very nice, polite and makes sure your order is always correct. If you like chicken strips, these are for you. If you like a good burger try their Original Jack's double cheese burger.

Quick trip to Jack's to get a burger & fries combo. My order was made correctly, and from the time I placed the order to the time I got my order was 8 minutes. Wow that was fast. It was hot and fresh. The drink hit the spot just as much as the food did, and I truly enjoyed it. Rebecca at the drive thru window was polite, helpful, and very professional. I will be back again.

Highly recommend a visit to the Jack's. I've eaten at almost every Jack's in Alabama and this one is top notch by far. Thanks for the great service and smiling faces and the food is awesome as well.

Annunciation is critical. Also, after hearing my initial order, ask “What would you like to drink.” Saying “t-drank,” fast enough to almost turn two words into a single syllable is not good customer service. Finally, I realize there are service time standards; however, the customer is not part of that race. During the order process, do not use a tone of voice or speech pattern that implies the same sense of urgency someone might encounter making the red-wire, green-wire choice for disarming a bomb.
