Captain D's

Every time Angie is always taking care of me and knows my order by my voice. I love coming here just because of here. She has great manager skills and exceptional customer service. I will be back ❤️❤️

This particular store isn't one of my favorites...it's not the food, it's the brusk and rude way the customers are treated. I wasn't treated like a respected customer who chose Captain D's for my meal, I was treated like a mere number as I was handed the electronic device that lights up and makes a buzzing noise when it's time for you to pick up your food. I keep going back, thinking it might be better. But, so far it hasn't been.

We love Captain D's! They are friendly and courteous. The food is great. They always seem to be adding new items to their menu. They have something for everyone. Try their catfish,or maybe lobster bites.

The service was really good! The order was ready pretty fast, and the crew were all friendly without looming over you. The general manager was out helping the crew and training a new person, using our transaction to explain bits and pieces of what to do, without holding up our service. My food & fountain drink were really good and the tables all seemed to be clean when we sat down. I will not hesitate to stop here if/when I pass through town again!

We eat here once or twice a week. My favorite is just a piece of white fish. My grandsons is shrimp and fish. Great customer service ????. I love the new reward card. It adds up to free and special offers. The employees are always so nice and friendly. Service is fast.
