Humdinger's Gourmet Pizza Co.

This is one of those times I wish I could give a 10 star rating and not just have to stop at 5.

Humdingers is FANTASTIC. My wife and I love their signature pizzas. We get a Tour de Wisconsin and try a new signature pizza each visit.

We've had pizza from all over the US, and even around the world. From the pizza parlors of New York City where they look at you funny when you don't pronounce Mozzarella in the Sicilian way, to the deep dish pans of Chicago, even the strange mayonnaise and cucumber pizzas of central Asia -- Humdingers sits right at the top of our list.

Service is always exceptional and it's fun to watch as they stoke the wood fired oven and slide perfect pizzas off the peel. For only slightly more than other local greasy "pizza" places you can get a delicious selection of wood fired pizzas from Humdingers which makes it well worth it in our opinion.

It's a great date spot or to take the whole family. Well done plywood furniture and concrete and metal tables give it a great ambiance. They even have a few kombuchas on tap to go along with an already delicious meal.

If I had to boil this review down to one sentence it would have to be, "If you want the best pizza of your life, stop reading this review and just go to Humdingers already!"

First time here. We had take out since the dinning area was still closed. Small place, parking is no problem and the prices are fair and about the same as everybody else. We bought 2 pizzas made to order which we enjoyed. They were both thin crust and I am not sure if they have any other choices. Also we ordered some bread sticks that normally have mozzarella and parmesan with a red dipping sauce we had ours with no cheeses.all it turned out to be is a sliced up pizza dough. Will have to return in the future to try again to see if they get another star.

The pizza was fantastic and we loved the crust. First time here, but would definitely make the drive up there again!

The pizza was good but I can't give five stars due to the crust. I was hoping for more of a crackly thin style. But that was just me....service was great, thank you!
