“Burger Jim's has to be one of the best places to eat in Anchorage! Fast, friendly staff, and hands down some of THE BEST Chinese food in the entirety of the US. I made a special trip in just to order their Fried Rice one more time after I moved away. It never, ever disappoints. Other things to try would be their Mongolian Beef (phenomenal! My dads favorite, especially if you order it spicy), any of their burgers, and I also really love their fried shrimp! If you've ever drove by this place or work near here and considered trying it (or questioned why a burger place would sell Chinese food), I wholeheartedly recommend a visit!”

“Had a great double bacon cheeseburger, it was delicious! It was recommend by the proprietor . Burger was juicy, bacon was tasty. All this sandwiched between two slices of toasted buttered bread. “Yum. I had vegetarian Red Beans and Rice, the kids got the gumbo and we all got cornbread...all of it so spicy good! The owner/chef spent time in New Orleans and it shows. Crawfish, catfish, shrimp...all abundantly represented on their menu. They’ve been in business for 16 years and I expect they have a loyal following with food and service this good. We saw a couple of Grubhub drivers stop in during our quick dinner, so it seems they are also a popular delivery choice. On a chilly day, who wouldn’t want a little Cajun warmth?”
