Bisbee Royale

Awesome place to eat and hang out. The Burgers are great, the crepe selection is awesome, and the place is expanding to host events in the theatre. If you are coming to Bisbee you've gotta check this place out!

Rating is based solely on the cool vibe and cocktail alone, as we didn't eat here. Great addition to weird, wonderful Bisbee! Glad to see they've done something new with the old building. They have channeled a Palm Springs esthetic that is sleek yet funky. Creative cocktails... can't wait to return for dinner.

During my first visit to Bisbee, my boyfriend and I stumbled upon Bisbee Royale as we were exploring the town. We had walked in just as they had opened, and we were warmly welcomed by Heather, our chef. Heather’s hospitality was incredibly inviting and set the stage for an incredible experience.

Not long after, Vivian, our bartender and server, arrived. Vivian was not only sweet but also remarkably attentive. Both Heather and Vivian went above and beyond in making our evening truly unforgettable.

I must commend Vivian for crafting one of the most exquisite espresso martinis I’ve ever had (pictured for all to admire), and Heather’s French fries were a delightful treat (though I totally forgot to take a picture 🤦🏻‍♀️).

My boyfriend and I have already made plans to revisit Bisbee Royale on our next trip. Thank you, Heather and Vivian, for your exceptional service and for creating such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning soon!

Great newer restaurant / bar with a cool dragon sculpture / light fixture. So glad to see new stuff in town! Service was prompt and friendly. Had a really nice hearty crepe and my wife had eggs Benedict which said was good as well.

Great new local restaurant added to Bisbee, we had a great breakfast with Bloody Mary's! Eggs benedict was fantastic crep's were good too!
