    We love La Casita. Very good food. Realize the world is short handed at this time, but please check your ovens. The last two or three times we visited you for dinner, our food has not been served pipping hot. Not sure if it is because you are short handed and the food was not delivered promptly, or if you lowered the temperature on your ovens. I really don't like to send my food back for reheating because you are so so busy.

    Best Of All, However: Sarah Is A Fantastic Server. And The Hostess And Staff Were Excellent. Best Place I've Eaten At So Far. As Well As An Authentic Ambiance.

    We visited La Casita Mexican Restaurant on a trip to the South-west and were very impressed. We arrived hungry and left full and completely satisfied. The staff were friendly and accommodating and helped our party of 7 get seated asap even though the place was very busy (always a good sign). The manager stopped by our table twice to chat and ensure we were having a great experience. The helpings are amazing and food delicious....highly recommended if you are visiting Sierra Vista or passing through.
