Katy’s Ricos Hot Dogs

A great little tourist attraction, that has served great food, for a few years.
Although, I don't speak Spanish, and it was difficult to understand the lady, because of her thick Spanish dialect.

It would be nice, if they could move across the street, as their truck, blocks a handicapped parking spot, and their clients fill the laundromat parking lot, and prevent people from parking anywhere near the laundromat. Rather than on the street.
Willcox needs to learn how to pave lots, and create more parking. It's awful!!!

Katy is a very nice lady that makes killer carne asada tacos. Get a few, then amble next door to Rix Saloon and get a cold, draft, Dragoon IPA. Four tacos and two ice cold beers for $18...beat that!

Friendly, fast and delicious! Had the hot dog and all of the tacos. Not one bad thing to say. Carne asada was my favorite but you can’t go wrong.

Good Tacos, they did add beans to the burrito but it was fine. Real Mexico Cuisine in a food truck. Seriously good tacos. Hot dogs were good too. Worth the stop if youre passing thru from El Paso to Phoenix.

Absolutely incredible food truck. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better street taco, and the hot dog was great too. After every bite my wife said “this is amazing” about her burrito. If you are driving past Wilcox definitely make a stop here.
