Evolve Eats has a leg up not only on other meal prep services, but even on my favorite local restaurants. The portioning and the quality takes a large degree of stress out of my weekly choices in an oversaturated and perverse food market. It’s been a huge part of my success at being able to live a healthy lifestyle in the last few years.

Honestly look forward to these meals every week. I’m from out of town and I don’t have time to cook and I was so relieved to find this business, but I never imagined it would be so delicious. I would order this at a restaurant if I could. So grateful for these meals.

Evolve Eats is life-changing! Imagine having a personal chef capable of crafting a thoughtful and inspired meal AND fully eliminating the headache in planning for proper nutrition. Luxurious. I feel energized, satisfied, and balanced after eating and the rest of my day is healthier/better as a result. Never again will I eat stale cereal for dinner out of desperation because I failed to plan. Flagstaff is LUCKY to have such a unique, affordable, and needed service!!!

As a young professional working from home, finding the time to make lunch in between meetings and whatnot doesn't really happen. Knowing I have a complete, nutritious, and delicious meal in my fridge drastically reduces my stress and makes me a much more pleasant person in the afternoon.
