Nomads Global Lounge

Great waitstaff which is why I gave 3 stars. I would give 2 stars for food, the peanut stew was watery. Not many GF or dairy free options. Our dinner was...expensive and underwhelming. They also market that they are “globally inspired” but posting some photos of foreign places on your walls and displaying camel figurines and Hindu statues does not make you globally inspired. Not sure why this place has such great reviews.

Grew up in Flagstaff but away for a few years. I was in town and wanted to see what new places had opened. I found this gem via all the high ratings and it totally lived up to the praise.

The cocktails are amazing and the food is delicious. Great place for a date or quiet intimate evening out.

My daughter's, their best friend and I came to Nomad for dinner. We selected the restaurant as a search of the internet had it listed as one of the top 10 eateries in Flagstaff. Google did not lie! Our server, Kendra, was very good about communicating details on our orders.
Two of us had a short delay in receiving our dinner but we didn't mind in the least as fresh pasta was being prepared for us. Our food was exceptional in taste, portion size and overall we left 100% satisfied.

We will be back repeatedly and try our hardest not to get hooked on one dish or nosh or dessert! After two visits, it's clear that everything is going to be awesome here. Killer place for small plates and sharing. Pretty sure that is the point ;)

Nomads is arguably the most relaxed but classy restaurant in Flagstaff. The owners make a point of being there almost every day. The staff is professional and delightful. Most importantly though, the food, wine and liquor selections are perfect. It's my number one place for dates or just a relaxing beer and/or meal.
