Pizzicletta has the best pizza in Flagstaff and is the perfect place to relax after a long hike. It's a small, and usually very crowded place but definitely worth it. The pizza is cooked in a brick oven which gives the crust a nice char, and the dough is risen over 3 days to develop a delicious sourdough flavor. The menu changes seasonally so come back often.
Update: They are still awesome, and still have the best pizza in Flagstaff. I'm very glad they survived COVID. Seating is limited, so get there early or be prepared to wait.
One of the best dinners I have had in a while. Brought me back to my days of back packing Italy. Everything from the salad to the pizza to the gelato was so flavorful and delicately crafted. We went on a Monday and got 1/2 off bottle of wine which was also out of this world. We are just passing through on vacation, but I will definitely be thinking about this meal for a while. In addition to the delicious food and wine, the servers were so personable and welcoming and the restaurant was a cute little hole in the wall. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Had a fabulous date night! Loved all the attentive staff, especially our server Chandrah! Enjoyed fun Italian wine that came highly recommended, followed by and appetizer and specialty wood fired pizza. Everything was delicious! We had just enough room to share some gelato, which was home made and crafted to perfection. Excellent experience.
Outstanding Neapolitan style pizza. Some have told me it’s the best pizza they’ve ever had. I think it's the best in Flagstaff, and some of the best I've ever had. Good vegan options. Serves at Mother Road Brewery next door, or maybe not- COVID has changed some things. Weird hours, make sure it’s open before making the trip. Very small dining area; take-out might be a good choice. There's a walk-up take out window. Don't miss the gelato, which is great.
