    The person at the counter was very helpful and they brought my order out to me! My complaints are that the place isn't cozy in terms of atmosphere, and the restrooms were closed. I know they were focused on being modern and clean, but the place felt empty.

    My wife and I were so happy when we saw that Sono had moved to Flagstaff - it's exciting to see new options like this coming to Flagstaff. The food and service were great, we will be back all the time!

    I’ve been there several times . The best boba tea in town, even the best in AZ. Also, I love the gyudon. I can’t finish the whole portion, they put too much meat on it! It’s good tho!

    This place is great. The staff was incredibly friendly, and that was just the ordering part of our dining. The food came out quick, was hot and fresh, and so so delicious. The gyoza were awesome. The boba was tasty and also came out in good time.

    Delicious food and friendly service! This place is a must try. Large portions and fresh ingredients!
