We got cookies, breakfast, and basic camping goodies from here and everything exceeded our expectations.
For the cookies - don’t question it, just get them. Calories don’t count on vacation - you need one. We went with snickerdoodle and we’re not disappointed.
Second day we came back and did breakfast and the servers were wonderful! I did not catch their names but the ladies working the bar area on 7/20 were awesome and super sweet! The service exceeded our expectations and they went above and beyond for their customers.
Our food choices were the breakfast burrito and the breakfast scramble and neither disappointed. Hot coffee was great and the food was delicious, we are going to recommend this to anyone coming by to the North Rim.
To the staff, you are all doing a wonderful job, keep it up :)

Literally the best stay we’ve had as far as an area that was remote. SO AMAZING. Great service all around, everyone so nice, and wonderful room. The only thing I will say is that the walls are thin, but the AC unit is a quick fix for that. FABULOUS place and we will DEFINITELY be back. From Texas!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights at the the end of May 2022. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. However, at night moths tends to find their way into the rooms - there doesn't seem to be much that can be done about it however. Shower is hotel with strong pressure - a treat after a long day on the road. Dinner and breakfast at the inn are good, the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They cookies are delicious as many other has mentioned.

First time for wife and myself May 22, one night at Jacob Lake Inn. Arrival was too early for check-in so we headed to the North Rim Lodge & visitor center.

Noticed staff was courteous and helpful, pastries and muffins outstanding. Spent 4 or 5 hours on North Rim, drove back at dusk to Jacob Lake Inn, saw bison and mule deer in the meadows just outside the park.

Seamless check in, room is a cute little cabin abutting Kaibab Forest....clean, quiet, water was spring water...no city water taste....wonderful. Walked over to the restaurant and ordered cheese burgers. Amazing, the bun was home baked....hamburger very large....everything served was fresh, nicely cooked, amazing to me.

Following morning, the room was around 48 or so, ambient morning temps about 38˚ to 40˚...nice little room heater, instant hot water for shower..had my morning coffee and went for a short walk in forest out back....mule deer just down the road west the cabin....so beautiful.

The staff very helpful and milkshakes so thick, need a spoon...wife is from the tropics and at 9:00 in the cool morning, on the way to Zion, we had to pick up one to go North and on return past the Inn from Zion to Phoenix, she had to have another milkshake to go.

We couldn't have been more pleased. Easy 5 Stars

Came here for a bite to eat. The menu they have online is out of date so I made sure to take pictures of the current one. Reasonably priced. Quaint place with good food and desserts. We tried the cookies and they were pretty good! Better than the ones made in a grocery store, more selection as well. We ordered the Mayonnaise Chicken and that was better than the Cranberry Chicken. The hot chocolate was quite sweet but good. The cookie skillet had a butter/oily taste to it that can be overwhelming so it's something to share for two. The fries were overdone so they were only crunchy with no potato texture, but the seasoning was tasty. The root beer float was delicious, can't go wrong with that. The soft serve vanilla ice cream was also delicious. Kind staff although a bit too attentive. The place was clean and decorations hung on every wall. There are bathrooms, a restaurant, lodging, and a gift shop. They have WiFi but we found it didn't work in the restaurant.
