Canyon Star Steakhouse & Saloon

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and this is the best place to eat in the area hands down! Awesome service and food! Nice bar! We ate here both nights!

Very convenient location for guests at or near the Grand Hotel. Very impressed by the food and service! Lovely decor and just a pleasant place to eat. Food was above and beyond for a restaurant at a hotel. The potato skins were to die for and the burger I had was yummy! We were staying at the hotel for vacation, but would for sure go back when we are in the area again.

This is the best dinner spot in Tusayan. The staff was friendly and the food was good, which cannot be said of most restaurants in the area. I ordered salmon, my husband ordered steak, my mother in law ordered trout, and my father in law a dinner salad with steak. All food was cooked how we asked it to be cooked and was seasoned well. Dessert was also tasty, and the atmosphere was nice. After eating at sub-par places in town, this was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely come back here and am shocked it received poor reviews.
