Fantastic find in this small but wonderful town - Paige, Arizona. Everything was fresh and delicious. Some of the best Corn Tortillas I have ever had, served with beautiful plates of eggs, veggies, Rice and beans. Even the free chips and salsa, really impressed us. One of the best meals we had in our entire Grand Canyon and Glen Canyon trip.
We saw this restaurant when we were traveling and this place is very vibrant and colorful. Someone put a lot of time into decorating this place. The food as well came out quick and it was delicious. No complaints on anything. I had a fried pork stomach taco and it was just amazing. The other dish with the grilled shrimp and mushrooms was seasoned so well and cooked to perfection. I knew this place was going to be good once I tried the chips and salsa and it didn’t disappoint. Only con was that they didn’t have Sol but we settled with Coronas.
This place is pretty good. The service is fast and the people or pretty friendly. We had a party of 13 and they handled us well. Most places these days struggle with such things. All the food came out accurately and promptly. That cabbage based salsa they serve with the chips is unique, and pretty tasty. The location is handy, although the parking can be a struggle. I would recommend coming here.
Was really good food. It was packed on a Wednesday night when I went, so I would recommend to call ahead. All staff very friendly. It took a bit long to get all the food to our table and at the end to get the bill, but the place was full, and the staff were pretty much running to take care of the costumers. Yes, I will definitely go back again! (PS: there is a small fast food next to it, we initially confused the restaurant with it, so pay attention to the actual sign)
After a long day of sight seeing when you are hungry, El Tapatio is a perfect option for dinner! Such fresh and flavorful food in a very vibrant setting! The portion sizes are huge. You just can’t go wrong. Everything we ordered was very delicious. Special shout-out for the guacamole dip and the flan - lip-smacking good!
