Hadn't been here in awhile as I live about 1.5 hours away. Upon my last visit about a week ago I was a bit disappointed. The Carne asada burro I had was very tasty but it was so small I left still hungry. My daughters tamales had almost no flavor and the total cost for the two of us was just under $40. We did not get any appetizers and only had 1 soda each. I dont know if I was overcharged or if their prices have skyrocketed. I will not be back anytime soon, too expensive for the small portions and some of the items have very little flavor. This used to be an inexpensive place that you left with a full belly. Not so much anymore unfortunately. Is this really the new normal?

Wonderful!! Third time in two weeks! Twice for take-out and once for dining in with a friend—enjoyed it every time. Loved the signature cocktails and the charming atmosphere. Will visit every time I am in East End!

My wife and I stopped here because we were in search of Mexican lunch and wanted to sit outside for safety reasons. We fell upon this restaurant at the edge of town and the reviews were OK and the ambiance very average, but we took a seat anyway as we were hungry. Everything forward was a pleasant surprise - our waitress was wonderful, the nachos and salsa fresh and really good and our meals were outstanding. I had chicken enchiladas and my wife had Machaka tacos (or something like that). I wish our local Mexican was as good as this restaurant we highly recommend.
