We were on vacation in Payson just in time for the snow and the Double D was fantastic! The food was amazing 😍 and they have a dog friendly patio. We were greeted friendly and the service was Outstanding!! I would definitely recommend the Double D Bar And Grill if you are staying in the area. Fantastic!!!

My friend and I went for Valentine's Day. Surprisingly it wasn't busy. Had shredded pork sliders that were amazing and crispy fries. The bartender was also the cook, so food was a little slow but well worth the wait. She did a great job.
They also served pizza which I did not have but I did take a pic.

What a perfect, hidden gem!! Double D Bar & Grill is truly a fantastic place. It’s a little off the beaten path, but don’t let that deter you!! The atmosphere, food, and drinks are DELICIOUS!

We had the Philly cheesesteak and burger and both were top notch. Lots of entertainment options as well! The owner, Bill, even directly served us and welcomed us, which we highly appreciated.

It’s clear this is a favorite for the locals as well. Felt like a Cheers bar where everyone knows each other but still welcome new comers too. We highly recommend stopping at Double D, you won’t be disappointed!

One of my favorite haunts. My only complaint, I'm not there enough. Stop in, put your bill on the wall, grab some food and enjoy the surroundings. 😁

Good was great and atmosphere was fun. Service was abysmal, basically non-existent. Got the prime rib special and we both ordered the medium size but one was much smaller than the other. Luckily the meat was cooked well and very tasty. The potatoes were old school slow cooked baked potatoes. Only low point of the food was the veggies, they were a soggy overcooked mess like you would get in an old diner or many are growing up at home before we learned how to cook them right. We really enjoyed our dinner and not sure if it was the slightly off time we visited or staff was just in a party mood since it was Saturday on the holiday weekend but I had to get up and go get menus after about 10 minutes of sitting there waiting. Then took forever to take out order, food took quite a while to come out, and I had to go get up and go to bar to get it drink refilled or all for condiments that they forgot it needed anything extra. And had to wait for bar orders to be taken before I could even ask for what was needed. Bartender seemed to be the only one working. The other workers seemed to be congregating and more interested in karaoke starting soon than anything else. Good was great and we would go again but hope the service was a fluke.
