K Sushi Bar and Grill - Payson, AZ

Sushi is the best in Payson! Very fresh and prepared by skilled chefs.The sushi bar is best seat in the house!
All the staff are friendly and helpful! I have been greeted as soon as I walk in the door every time! The tables are not crowded together so the environment feels open and is clean.
Restrooms are clean and stocked.
Costs are what you expect for high quality, fresh ingredients. I am happy to pay for fresh sushi!
I will go back again and again.

I often drive through Payson numerous times during the year, and when I do I eat here in town because this is my halfway point between Tucson Arizona and Northern New Mexico. This is the first time I ate at k sushi bar and grill and I was very pleasantly surprised! I am on a ketogenic fully gluten-free diet and wasn't sure if they would have any sushi I could eat. To my surprise they had several roles that were not only beautifully presented but also delicious! It took me a while to be seated and to receive my bills so I could pay, due to short staffing, but otherwise the service was excellent. The restaurant is very clean with a beautiful aesthetic, nice decorations, a comfortable atmosphere and temperature. I highly suggest coming here if you are visiting, a full-time resident, or like myself just driving through. You will not be disappointed

Best sushi in town. The best I've had in Arizona really. The soft shell crab was fabulous and the sauce was a really tasty sweet but spicy garlic sauce. It was absolutely phenomenal.

The miso soup had an unexpected smokiness that was delicious, and all the rolls we tried are fantastic. My favorite was the North Dakota roll. The variety of tobiko it came with was fantastic.

Everything was great, we'll be back often.

Tried this yesterday. Its excellent. Now we have 2 really good Asian restaurants in town.
Their menu is very focused, and their cooks are good at that focus.

I had a few rolls and some Pho - the broth was a solid 7/10.

The soup was great, I do wish I could have added a few things like tendon, meatball, tripe, brisket. But the Beef round eye, was very pleasant.
The noodles were great - and exactly as they should be.

The sushi was probably a 8/10 - and that was only because the sushi chef made the tuna slices too thick on 2 pieces, which had too much tendon (left the piece unchewable).
The fish was very fresh, and everything was very clean.

So far... Best sushi rolls in town!
