    Nice staff. Good food. Reasonable prices. Love the new, bigger menu. Outside patio addition is also nice.

    Great place to get a meal. It has a roadside diner and local appeal. Reminds me of places in the Dakotas and Minnesota. Especially the photos of people holding up their bass catches.

    I’ve spent my whole life between the valley and Gisela. I decided to take a trip up 4 peaks and down the Roosevelt side for fun and stopped here for lunch in December of ‘21. We had a great experience and the food was great. The staff were very friendly as well.

    The hostess Candy was kind and helpful while I ordered take out sandwiches. She and I talked about Hawaii where we both lived prior to Arizona I was in Tonto Basin for a family wedding and she filled me in on the local story, etc... the food was delicious! Fun, casual atmosphere. The gift shop next store had some amazing and unique items. I felt welcome and the experience was a positive vibe! . Highly recommend this off the grid gem.☺
