(March 15, 2022, 5:18 am)I ordered online and my order was ready to be picked up about 12 mins later. It was great. Just about the time I left home and got to the store, I got the notification that it was ready. So it was nice and hot when I got it. The staff was courteous and greeted me even though I was an online order. They made sure I had what I needed before I left the store. I was very pleased with the whole experience

(June 26, 2021, 5:33 am)Really do not have anything to complain about except for the long wait we had. I ordered using the app and it said I should have my food by 820pm. Food was not ready for pick up until almost 9pm. When the menu says hot and ready, the implied statement is pizza already made and waiting not give it an hour and we'll see. If it had been a Monday during football season or Friday and Saturday with high demand I would understand. However this was on a Tuesday, a historically slow day for all pizza business. Maybe it'll be faster next time.
