My go-to Mexican Restaurant when I'm in the Phoenix West Valley. Not fancy, it's a family restaurant. Clean and comfortable.

Start with an enthusiastic greeting by host and wait staff. Garnish that with a broad smile. Choose from variety of beers, cocktails, wine, or soft drinks. (Margaritas are the only thing disappointing - otherwise 5* would have been my rating)

Entrees are large portions, hot and tasty. No problem getting a special variation either.

Always leave with a go-box!

The beef fajitas were excellent. They mix green chili's in with the vegetables which gives them a unique flavor. Service was good. Simple atmosphere.

We never miss the chance to dine at Tail and Theresas when we visit the Phoenix area. And Raul and Theresas never fails to satisfy. Diverse menu offerings of top quality and portion sizes that beg for a go box. Prices are reasonable. Wait staff is friendly and efficient, and are always ready to accommodate any special requests. Authentic tasty pleasant dining - always!

Food is very good. Service was very slow. They were very busy when I was in. There just was not enough servers. Plates are normally very hot. Mine must of been setting for awhile before it reached my table. Still the food was good. Was in the restaurant almost 2 hours for lunch.
