Taco Bell

I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell location. The restaurant is always clean and the food is made with a good amount of ingredients (ex: not just a pinch of beef in the taco). The staff are always kind and service is always fast.

At first, I felt a little judged. I've been backpacking the southwest and may have looked homeless. Nonetheless, I shouldn't have felt that way.

While that was never directly resolved another problem occurred.

I'm vegan and order a specific taco: rice, black beans, lettuce, and Pico de Gallo. It was early, so I was willing to wait for the black beans. Yet that's when the second issue occurred.

Either it wasn't communicated, was forgotten, or they were just trying to get rid of me, they had a plain refried beans taco ready in minutes. When I brought it to the manager's attention she assured me that what I ordered would come out in its appropriate time.

And it did! And it was delicious! It looked good too!

So while, I probably wouldn't go there if I were trans, I wouldn't give them less than 4 stars, because at least they were dismissive and not completely rude, and the food was still great.

Idk just food for thought: this area needs better customer service and sensitivity training. This Taco Bell included.

Love Taco Bell and I love this location. They always get the order correct and always do it with a smile. I craved it everyday when I was pregnant and not once did they screw up my order, which is great! I feel other Taco Bell's always mess up, not this one!

The employees here were so kind and upbeat! Brought us our food and smiled the whole time (: Annisa and Thomas I do believe...very friendly and courteous. Definitely coming back to this Taco Bell. Impressed! Good prices as well and a nice selection of drinks(:
