English Rose Tearoom

The food was good and we had a very fun time....Was very crowded and hard to move around and even sit comfortably so that deducts a star. ....but mainly my comment is about the owner....she was very unkind and did not try to connect in anyway. I found her to be only concerned with shuffling people in and out. I hope she reads this comment and takes it to heart...People come for an entire experience!

Wonderful! Haven't been there in a couple of years, but it is still as fabulous as I remember. I love their decor, not to mention the food and friendly waitresses. Excellent place to go for "tea".

The English Rose Tea Room is my favorite place to bring friends when they come to visit. The soup, sandwiches, desserts are delicious. Not to mention the tea which is served in proper English tea pots. Tea at the English Rose is more than a meal; it's an experience. Jo, the owner makes sure that you are well cared for. You will even meet the queen!

The food was good but the atmosphere was great. The owner has a really good sense of humor and she helps serve the food so she is in evidence. The food is a bit overpriced and the scones could be more in the English style of scones, but it was a very enjoyable experience & I would certainly go again. I recommend the English Rose Tea Room in Carefree, which is a quaint place to visit.

Spectacular! I was there for about two hours reading my book. The waitress came by every so often checking to make sure everything was alright and if I needed a warm water refresh. The inside is exactly as you'd imagine in an English Tea Shop and what on Earth could I say about the tea? Absolutely spectacular! I had the London fog special and a wonderful scone with cream and jelly! Trust the professionals to know what's best!

Must try location if you enjoy tea and are anywhere in Arizona! 5/5 stars!
