Great comfortable atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food was hit or miss though. The pulled pork was the best of the three meats, about 3.5 star quality. The brisket was a 3, and the chicken was a flavorless 2. Their sauces didn't do anything special for me. Their sides were all really good however. The chili was novel and delicious, and the baked beans and potato salad were top tier. They also have one of those new style soda dispensers which I love. Would have loved to give this place more stars, as they had some great items. They need to improve the quality of their main dishes though.

My wife and I ate at Bryan's Black Canyon Barbacue and it was great. I had beef brisket that was about as good as I've had. It was moist, and very tender and it had a great smokey flavor. The barbecue sauce was tangy and not too sweet. You can get the spicy sauce if you are adventurous. And the beans were full of meat and a wonderful sauce that brought that smokey smell and taste. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich with that same smokey and tangy fragrance and taste. It tasted great, I had a bite. Overall it was fantastic and we will definitely return soon.

We smelled it before we saw it and we were not disappointed with eating here. Plate meals come with 2 sides -so we split our meal and had plenty to eat. Brisket, slaw & beans were very good but the BBQ corn bread was really tasty! It's not a traditional restaurant with wait staff - instead you walk up and place your order then find a seat or take it to go.

Service has always been good here. An apology when they forgot our fries when we dined in and offering to get you anything while you wait for take out. Food has been fabulous. Chicken is always tender and never dried out and the fried artichoke po boy is delicious. Will continue to support this local place!! The dog friendly patio is also nice when it isn't too hot.
