Z's House Of Thai

I recently returned from a trip through Thailand and have been craving some authentic Thai food. I found it! The drinks are well crafted with Thai themes in mind and the menu has a phenomenal array of delicious apps, sides and entrées. The owner, Z, made me a custom green curry that was just what I was looking for, extra spicy of course! Definitely worth the drive out there, and I'll be back!

This place is incredible. Awesome atmosphere number 1. Number 2, the food is insanely good and they will prepare it the way you want. Number 3, they have ice cold Asahi and Sapporo on tap for 5 bucks a mug (that is unheard of). Finally and most importantly, have you ever met Z? She is a super dynamic, easy to talk to, sophisticated and stunning woman. Gotta go there!

Monday evening and busy night. Her friends were helping wait tables which are good friends. Thank you as you were great. Appetizers were good but could've been cooked a bit longer. Main dish on both our parts came out like warm to cold. Have been to many Thai restaurants and would have to say that this one is wanting. She was the only cook and I feel that she was overwhelmed by how busy it got. Has potential, maybe Monday's are a bad night to go. Will give another chance but on a different night. Rating will go either up or down depending upon if this instance was isolated or is the norm.

Great food and people were wonderful and welcoming. The Yellow Curry with Chicken is delicious! The portions are generous and the house white wine is very nice. A definite new staple for me, whether dine in or take out.
