    We had a lovely time at our class. Mick fielded all of our questions—even off topic ones. I’d be back for food or to host an event. It was a fabulous day of true bbq.

    Had a great time today at BBQ school! Mick is an incredible chef who prepared 6 amazing courses for us. Brilliant BBQ instruction along with the tasting along the way. Highly recommend this experience to all.

    Class is detailed and you learn how to cook the BBQ just perfectly. Mike is a great BBQ master and teacher. Would highly recommend taking Mikes class even if you’re not into BBQ take it with a friend and it’ll be the best decision you made all year. Yummm! Thanks Mike!

    Mike was awesome and the food was to die for. Best BBQ I've had in Arizona. It was a perfect date for the afternoon! Would definitely recommend !
