    So everything here is very good. Like really good. So good it's great. Probably perfect.

    The bread is plain, but the butter is hand churned creamy. The salad dressings are delicious. The sides are not a side thought like many other steak restaurants. They are neither over saturated or trussed up nor are they underwhelming. Absolutely perfect.

    Our waiter was perfect in the amount of attention, humor, and professionalism.

    The steak! Oh the steak! Easily in the top 3 of my favorites. All are served with a side of sauteed mushrooms that are perfectly seasoned and cooked.

    Did I mention the Fig Vodka Mule? Mediterranean Mule or some such. To die for.

    Perfect 5/7, will eat here again (internet meme, not actual rating).

    Honestly, a steak house had to be pretty special to stand above the rest. This place, nice decor and bar. The menu was okay. The steak was... okay. Nothing special. I don't see returning anytime soon.

    Stopped in because I was craving steak. I didn't know I'd find THE steak. Got the 5oz filet with lobster tail and loaded baked potato with salad. Exquisite. Steak was perfect medium, melt in your mouth, no need to add anything. The lobster tail was fresh, delicious, perfect. Even the bacon bits on my loaded mashed potato were smoked real bacon pieces. Wish I saved room for dessert! Cheese curds appetizer were the best I've tasted outside of Wisconsin! Mike the bartender is the best!

    My New York Strip was superb, cooked just as I asked for it, the salad was fresh, and the mashed potatoes were excellent. The Wisconsin Cheese Curds were also rather tasty. I didn't care for the bread, though-- it was bland. Also, if you do not like sauteed mushrooms ruining your delicious steak, make sure to tell them to not put them on. Not sure why sauteed mushrooms on your steak is a default there.

    The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The restaurant was packed on a Thursday night at 7:00, telling me what a popular place this can be. The atmosphere is rather dark, yet it can be romantic... however, I was seriously disappointed by the fake 'candles' on the tables. I understand the butcher paper over the nice table cloths, but are real candles just too much to ask for?
