Panera Bread

This place made me feel good today. I appreciate that.

For my first visit I didn’t go all out, Lita was pretty helpful for the most part, she was a bit busy with other things. I ordered 2 plain bagels figuring it would be quick, it was a while I’m not sure why. The bagels were lightly warm. I asked for butter and didn’t get that. I was asked to join with a card, I did that which consumed most of my waiting time.

The shop was clean, it was calm and it was relaxing overall. Nice atmosphere I was able to sit with my thoughts and bagel.

Good soup only thing is we didn't get a bread with our big cup of broccoli and cheddar soup. Along with that my piece of bread with my chicken soup was half the size of my partners bread with her Mac and cheese

Olivia rocks. Not only do we share a name but she provided awesome customer service 2 days in a row. I'm a Panera newbie from out of town and she talked all about the menu and what was good to get. I loved my bacon grilled cheese and bagels are delicious. I also loved their breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful location and because of the wonderful customer service I will go again and again!

The food was delivered quickly. The salad wasn't fresh. I ordered the caesar salad. The leaves were kinda brown. The half sandwich wasn't much better. It had plenty of chicken but none of the other toppings that made it the sandwich that I ordered. The customer service was excellent. I wish the food matched the experience.
