We all know the food is great. The difference was Efren...he took my order and I didn't choose the tip option. He still came over and helped me just as if I left a tip. I was very impressed with his ability to serve everyone regardless of a tip. Btw...on my way out I left him a good tip!

Ate here on a business trip solo. It was my first time there and the staff was very helpful explaining how it all works. I got the unlimited bowls which was very reasonable in price.
I would recommend asking for the recipie cards if you are new as that helped me.
Also you may want to stick to one meat at a time and try to use complementary vegetables as some don't always go together well. The sauces are very good and reasonable in calories.
I really appreciated all the nutrition I found on their website as well.

The staff was very friendly, the gentleman working the grill was also very friendly. It was clean, without spills from the sauce everywhere, or veggies everywhere.
However, they could make sure there's an instrument in each veggie so there's not that awkward wait to use the one someone else is using from another bin, so you can use it for what you want.
One of my favorite places to eat. You get a bowl and stuff as much food as you can in it. Then you watch them cook it fo you and serve it to you in less than 15 minutes. The food is great, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the locations are clean. I think the best part is if you don't like the suggestions given to you, you can tweak any meal to what you like to eat.
