I took the kids as an extra treat. We are big on hot pots. I just wanted to try different hot spots. The service was very good. It was not crowded and they were always around to help.

Don't be put off by the fishy smell when you walk in you get used to it after a while. Nice open floor plan which is good for what you'll be doing. The fish broth you boil your food in is delicious! There's spicy and regular and both are delicious. The meat selection is not all that exciting for base price but that isn't a big deal. The veggie selection is all things good for hot pot and nicely prepped for bite sized pieces. They have eggs for poaching, tofu, fish cakes, and some seafood. My pal said she didn't like the seafood selection but I was happy with the veggies. They have nice cold water for you and check on you regularly. Broth refills come around often enough. The only reason it is one star less than 5 is the price. It's an expensive operation to run so I understand. It's just something you have to be willing to pay and with how much effort goes into doing hot pot on your own it is fair. Oh one last down side. Their sauce game is lacking. I was hoping for that Korean BBQ sauce stuff and they just had basic things like soy sauce, fish sauce, hoison sauce. Things to go in your broth but nothing to dip.

This place is delightful. The selection of vegetables and meats is really good as well. The broth is kept hot in the center of the table, and we add our ingredients in to cook them. Because the meat is paper thin, it cooks beautifully. There is a nice selection of sauces as well. I am full, and I know I had a wonderfully healthful meal.
